Riota Jaya Melakukan Pembangunan Dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Di Kolaka Utara

JAKARTA - PT Riota Jaya Lestari, a leading nickel mining company based in North Kolaka, announced the start of Riota Cup I, an open soccer tournament that became a major sporting event. This event lasted 18 days and was officially opened today in Lambai village, North Kolaka, which is the mining ring village of Riota Jaya Lestari IUP region.

Riota Cup I presents 16 football teams from various regions in Sulawesi, which will showcase their skills and enthusiasm on the field. This tournament aims to foster the spirit of sportsmanship, brotherhood, and to celebrate the rich culture of football in this region.

Amirullah Nur Saenong, President Director of PT Riota Jaya Lestari, expressed his enthusiasm for Riota Cup I.

"We are very proud to host Riota Cup I, which is not only a stage for football's talent to shine, but also an opportunity for the community to gather and enjoy this sport. We believe in the strength of the athlete's sports and the spirit of sportsmanship to unite the community, and we look forward to interesting matches for the next 18 days," he explained in a written statement, Thursday, October 26.

The opening match of this tournament, which was held in the beautiful Lambai village, marked the start of an exciting competition. 16 participating teams will compete for the prestigious Riota Cup and a total prize of IDR 80 million.

Buhari, Chairman of the North Kolaka DPRD, also expressed his support for this tournament.

"Riota Cup I is not only a football competition, but also evidence of a strong sense of unity and cooperation in North Kolaka. We give our appreciation to PT Riota Jaya Lestari for her commitment to promoting sports and fostering unity in our region. We congratulate all participating teams and hope to see fair play, teamwork, and excellence in the field," he explained.
