Last 8 Months, OJK Received 644 Consumer Complaints And Most Banking Complaints
PALU - The Office of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) of Central Sulawesi Province (Central Sulawesi) received 644 consumer services from the January-September 2023 period. "The consumer services consist of 96 complaint services, 510 providing information to consumers, and 38 receiving information from consumers," said OJK Central Sulawesi Head Triyono Raharjo, quoted by ANTARA, Sunday, October 22. He explained that of the total consumer services as many as 317 banking-related services, 243 services related to financing companies, 34 insurance-related services and 25 fintech-related services. "OJK Central Sulawesi also provided a request for debtor information through the Financial Information Service System (SLIK) as many as 6,016 applications," he said.
