Police Nephew Cheated By Satpol PP Personnel, Promises To Offer Work As Long As Deposit Of Rp36 Million Plus Cigarette Money Rp1 Million

TANGERANG - A woman named Nadia Nuke, (32) reported an individual member of the Satpol PP with the initials AR to the Tangerang Metro Police on suspicion of money fraud amounting to Rp36 million.

The official complaint was recorded in the report letter numbered LP/B/328/III/2023/SPKT/Restro Tangerang City/Polda Metro Jaya dated March 20, 2023.

Nadia said that the incident began when she received information about job vacancies from her friends to become a South Tangerang Satpol PP in 2021.

On that basis, he was met by AR who is a South Tangerang Satpol PP officer. AR promised Nadia to be accepted as a member of the South Tangerang Satpol PP.

Nadia said, Satpol PP AR officers asked for some money to launch the process of receiving Tangsel Satpol PP members.

"I was asked to prepare Rp35 million, CV applications and others," said Nadia when confirmed, Tuesday, October 17.

Nadia, who believed the words of the South Tangerang Satpol PP, finally handed over the money to the reported person amounting to Rp36 million.

Uniquely, the handover of money was carried out at Nadia's brother's house, who works as a member of the police at the Tangerang City Police, at the Police complex, Ciledug, Tangerang City.

Nadia again explained that apart from Rp36 million, AR also asked for Rp1 million as cigarette money. After the money was given, the victim left the reported house.

"For months I asked why I didn't come in, I also monitored the South Tangerang Satpol PP Instagram. Indeed, there was training for new children. For months I was thrown around, too long there was no responsibility," he said.

On that basis, Nadia reported the Tangsel Satpol PP officers to the Tangerang City Metro Police.

When contacted by the Head of the South Tangerang City Satpol PP Apparatus, Taufik Wahidin explained that AR was a member of Non-PNS status.

He also said that if the case occurred when there was acceptance of 100 candidates for Satpol PP members. AR has also been reprimanded for the complaint report that ensnared him.
