Running Regularly, Olla Ramlan Uses Exercise To Fight Against Herself
JAKARTA - Actress Olla Ramlan admits that currently she is exercising regularly, especially running. For Olla Ramlan, running is a sport that is easy for her to do. Apart from that, for Olla, running is also a sport that teaches her to fight against herself.
"Actually, the easiest sport is running. Yes, running is actually an easy sport, but it is actually the sport that fights most against yourself," said Olla Ramlan in Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta, Tuesday, October 10.
"Because we have really trained, already at kilometer 1, 2, 3, it seems like we want to stop but are strengthened by still wanting to cover a further distance. That's fighting against ourselves," she continued.
Having just started 4 months ago, this 43 year old woman hopes to take part in the half marathon event. Unfortunately, there was a problem with her legs which, according to Olla, were small so they often experienced soreness and pain.

"I'm only 3 months long, I'll be in 4 months long so I'm not very good yet, I'm still running the furthest at 10 kilos, still the half marathon target, which is 201," she said.
"But I still have problems with my small feet, my knees are small, the bottom is also small, so later on in the 7th kilometer there will be stiffness, pain, of course when I run it will be like that, so wanting to cover the 21 m distance is not that easy," she continued.
