Bamsoet Lantik 3 MPR Members In Lieu Of Interim Remaining Position 2019-2024
JAKARTA - MPR Chairman Bambang Soesatyo or Bamsoet inaugurated three members of the MPR interim replacement (PAW) for the remaining 2019-2024 term. The ceremony for taking the oath or promise was held at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday 9 October.
"Today is the umpteenth time that the MPR leadership has inaugurated an inter-time replacement (member)," said Bamsoet after the event, confiscated by Antara.
The swearing ceremony was followed by; first, Indira Chunda Thita as a member of the MPR for the remaining 2019-2024 term of office replacing Muhammad Rapsel Ali who died.
Second, Wisnu Wijaya Adi Putra as a member of the MPR for the remaining 2019-2024 term to replace KH. Bukhori resigned.
Third, Ujang Iskandar as a member of the MPR for the remaining 2019-2024 term to replace Ary Egahni who resigned.
Bamsoet then congratulated the three members of the MPR RI PAW who had just participated in the swearing ceremony.
"So welcome to the new MPR members and immediately adjust to work together in our umbrella and national house called the MPR," he said.

He hopes that the three of them can work to contribute to the country's legislative institutions, both in implementing the socialization of the four pillars of nationality to bringing back the Principles of State Policy (PPHN).
"In addition to routine homework (homework) such as the socialization of the four pillars, as well as the PR-PR to perfect our constitution based on input from the community, and other PR-PR related to the urgency of bringing back the Principles of State Policy, and other adjustments as voiced by the public," he said.
It is known that the three members of the PAW MPR RI were also appointed by the leadership of the DPR RI on September 12, 2023, based on Presidential Decree (Keppres) 75/P of 2023 dated September 2023.
Apart from Bamsoet, other MPR RI leaders were also present, namely Deputy Chairperson of the MPR RI Arsul Sani, Hidayat Nur Wahid (HNW), and Lestari Moerdijat.
