Searching The Ministry Of Agriculture's Case, KPK Finds IDR 400 Million
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has again found evidence of alleged corruption at the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) after searching a house in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The search was carried out on Sunday, October 1.
"The investigative team has finished carrying out a further search at the residence location of one of the suspects named in this case," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, Monday, October 2.
Ali has not yet specified who the suspect whose house was searched. However, information circulated that a searcher was at the house of the suspect, Director of Agricultural Equipment at the Ministry of Agriculture Muhammad Hatta.
"The house that was searched was in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta," he said.
"From the forced effort, Rp400 million was found. In rupiah and foreign currency,' said Ali.
Then, investigators also found electronic evidence and other documents. The findings will be analyzed and confiscated soon.
"Analysis and confiscation will be carried out immediately to complete the investigation case file," he said.
