The Minister Of PANRB Will Evaluate The Implementation Of Single Salary At The KPK-PPATK
JAKARTA - Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Abdullah Azwar Anasakan evaluated the pilot project for the implementation of single salt which is currently being implemented at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Financial Transaski Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK).
"Just yesterday's exercise was about the single salt, only at the KPK level and at PPATK, we'll see the model, because later there will also be complaints from people who work with those who don't work at the same konsalary. Well, that's what our evaluation calculation is," said the Minister when met at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, September 12.
He said that in other agencies, current performance allowances are still a priority to differentiate employees who work and those who do not work, because each region has different abilities.
"But the negative sometimes people also arrange official travel, meetings outside the city in order to get an official trip, so it's plus minus between performance and efficiency," he said.
