Investigate The Death Of 4 Headless Bodies, Lampung Police Conduct DNA Tests
Lampung Police conducted family DNA tests on four headless bodies found on the coast of South Lampung Regency and Tanggamus Regency to facilitate investigations."We will conduct a DNA investigation of the families of the four bodies to determine their identities," said Lampung Police Chief Inspector General Helmy Santika in a statement received in Bandarlampung, Sunday, September 10.Until now, the police are still investigating, especially regarding the identities of the four headless bodies."Therefore, to facilitate the investigation, we ask residents who know to provide information to the police. The slightest information will be very meaningful to facilitate the search, then if a family loses a family member, immediately report it to the nearest police force," he said.The discovery of three of the four bodies took place in two consecutive days, with two bodies found on the coast of South Lampung Regency, and one body found on the coast of Tanggamus Regency."Meanwhile, another body was found on August 15, 2023 in Tanggamus," he said.According to him, there are similarities between the four bodies, namely the head, hands and feet and the condition is starting to rot."The Lampung Regional Police Biddokes team is also planned to conduct an autopsy on the bodies on Monday. This autopsy was carried out to determine the cause of death and estimate how long the body died," he said.
It is known that in almost a month, as many as four anonymous bodies with missing head parts were found in the waters of Lampung Province.One body was found on August 15, 2023 in Tanggamus, two bodies were found in South Lampung on September 6 and one body was found in Tanggamus on (7/9).
