Entering The Top 3 Of The 2023 ASEAN Business Award, The Communal Strengthens Commitment To Providing The Best Service To The Community

JAKARTA - The ASEAN Business Award (ABA) 2023 was held on Monday, September 4. Communal is one of the top three categories of Innovative Investment (Innovative Investment) in this prestigious event.

The ASEAN Business Award (ABA) is an annual event to appreciate the success and sustainable business innovation.

Hendry Lieviant, Co-Founder & CEO of Communal, admitted that he was very proud of the appreciation given to Communal at the 2023 ABA event.

Hendry also explained the role of Communal as a neo-rural bank. In addition to partnering with various BPRs throughout Indonesia, Communal integrates the latest digital innovation with strong physical presence in the regions.

The appreciation that is now recognized until the ASEAN Regional level is a motivation for the Deposit BPR by Communal to continue to collaborate with BPR throughout Indonesia which focuses on serving productive MSMEs.

"The community will continue to expand and make it easier for people to invest in BPR deposits that offer high interest rates to people in Indonesia, without face-to-face and paperless, as well as safe and secure by the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS)," said Vera Rosana, Head of Communal Marketing.

Vera further said that the presence of Deposit BPR by Communal, which greatly helped Deposan, is also proof of a strong communal commitment to contribute to empowering MSMEs through the support of Deposant investment funds at BPR which is then channeled to the productive MSME sector.

This step is of course in line with the efforts of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (BAC) as the organizer of ABA 2023 to further empower MSMEs in Southeast Asia, which amounts to 72.667 million MSMEs, based on ASEAN Investment Report 2022 data.

Vera also emphasized that the Communal, especially through the Deposit BPR by Communal entity, will continue to support ASEAN BAC's efforts to participate in increasing growth quickly, inclusively and sustainably in the ASEAN region.
