Officially Reported, Former Fuji Manager Entangled In Embezzlement Article

JAKARTA - Fadly Faisal's younger brother, Fuji An officially reported his former manager to the West Jakarta Police, today, September 7. Fuji was accompanied by his team of attorneys, Sandy Arifin.

Although it has been officially reported, Sandy said he could not reveal the name of the former manager. This is done because the case is still in the process of being investigated.

"Today's agenda is that we have officially reported it, but we haven't mentioned it yet because it is still in the process of being investigated," said Sandy Arifin at the West Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday, September 7.

In this reporting process, Sandi has submitted the evidence needed. Some of the evidence submitted included work contracts to photo evidence of the manager's short message with the brand.

"So we have attached evidence. Regarding contracts, there are also several captures, there are several WA chats as well, as well as existing brand brand contracts or those that are indeed collaborating with our clients, so everything has been completed," Sandy continued.

In this case, Fuji ensnared his former manager with two articles at once, namely Article 372 of the Criminal Code and Article 374 concerning embezzlement.

"The article that we use is article for embezzlement. Article 374, 372 is all," concluded Sandy.
