VIsion Neue Classe, Starting The Era Of Future Electric Vehicles BMW
JAKARTA - A German vehicle manufacturer, BMW, recently expressed their views on future electric cars in the form of the Vision Neue Classe concept.
At first glance, the Vision Neue Classe concept is similar to i Vision Dee, which is the basic version of this vehicle. However, BMW brings a number of additions and advanced technology to this concept car.
Frank Weber, a member of the development of BMW AG management, explained that this car is not only captivated by its futuristic design, but also brings Efficiency Dynamics technology that advances the car to a higher level. With a widened range of 30 percent, 30 percent faster charging, and 25 percent increased efficiency, Vision Neue Classe is indeed promising.
"With Neue Classe, we have started the biggest investment in the history of the company. We are not just writing a new chapter in BMW history; we are writing a completely new book. That's why Neue Classe will definitely affect all generations of our models," Weber said in the company's media space, Saturday, September 2.
The concept of Vision Neue Classe includes design elements similar to i Vision Dee, such as the shape of the " Shark nose" on the engine hood with two prominent horizontal grips. The car is also equipped with LED lights tilting at each corner, using 3D printing for a number of lighting elements.
Futuristic aesthetic details arise with the placement of a black diffuser on the latest 21-inch bemper and rims that are neon green, creating a unique look.
In the cabin, the Neue Classe is equipped with the latest iDrive infotainment system which is projected to a unique touch screen. Features such as the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant and multifunctional steering wheel are also available.
Not only prioritizing technology, Vision Neue Classe also offers a Panoramic Vision feature that projects a direct graph to the driver's line of sight across the front glass width, with traditional head-up views still available.
In addition, the interior of this car has a minimalist design with a retro touch. Yellow chairs such as mustards combined with yellow accents on dashboards and door panels, creating a unique atmosphere.
