Anies Claims Internal Surveys Win Telak Compared To Ganjar And Prabowo But The Numbers Are Secret
JAKARTA - The presidential candidate (Readpres) of the Amendment Coalition Anies Baswedan revealed that the results of the coalition's internal survey showed different results from the release of a number of survey institutions.
"Oh yes, the difference is very far," said Anies after attending a meeting of the Change Coalition, quoted by ANTARA, Thursday 24 night.
However, Anies was reluctant to provide further details about the results of the survey by the internal Change Coalition.
But he said which exact survey results would be revealed in due course and would be recorded in history.
"Yes, we don't have to disclose. The difference is very far away and it actually makes, that's why we check the reports, we make each, we crosscheck and then let history later answer it," he said.
Present at the Meeting of the Amendment Coalition for Unity included the General Chairperson of the NasDem Party Surya Paloh, Secretary General of the Democratic Party Teuku Riefky Harsya, Chairman of the PKS DPP Al Muzzammil Yusuf, Chairman of the NasDem Party DPP Willy Aditya, and members of Team 8 Sudirman Said.
To note, the results of a Political Weather Stations (PWS) survey released in Jakarta, Thursday, August 24, showed that the majority of respondents, namely 40.8 percent of the 1,200 people chose Prabowo Subianto as the leader who replaced Indonesian President Joko Widodo, then 35.6 percent chose Ganjar Pranowo, and 19.5 percent chose Anies Baswedan.
The latest survey from Y-Publica noted that Prabowo achieved electability as a presidential candidate of 30.6 percent, followed by Ganjar Pranowo in second at 22.7 percent, then Anies Baswedan in third at 13.4 percent.
In the Kompas Research and Development survey, Ganjar Pranowo excels in open simulations, simulations of 10 names, 5 names to 3 names. During the open simulation, Ganjar Pranowo's electability was chosen by 24.9 percent, Prabowo Subianto 24.6 percent, and Anies Baswedan 12.7 percent.
In the simulation of 10 names, Ganjar Pranowo is known to get 29.6 percent. Meanwhile, Prabowo Subianto 27.1 percent, and Anies Baswedan 15.2 percent. Next, in the simulation of five names, Ganjar received 31.8 percent of the votes, Prabowo 27.8 percent, and Anies 15.6 percent.
In the simulation of three names, Ganjar got 34.1 percent electability. The Governor of Central Java is ahead of Prabowo who has 31.3 percent and Anies has 19.2 percent.
Meanwhile, the Political Indicators survey put Ganjar Pranowo in the top position. Ganjar's electability reached 35.2 percent, Prabowo 33.2 percent, and Anies 23.9 percent.
Registration for presidential and vice presidential candidates is scheduled for October 19, 2023 to November 25, 2023.
