"Until now there has been no involvement of TNI members," Karyoto told reporters, Monday, August 21.
Ditegaskan Kapolda, jika ditemukan anggota TNI yang terlibat dalam kasus peredaran senpi, maka penanganannya langsung dilimpahkan ke Puspom AD.
"Even if there is, the puspom will handle it. No TNI members are involved," said Karyoto.
Meanwhile, the Director of General Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Hengki Hayadi, said that 10 people had been arrested in disclosing the circulation of illegal senpi modes for counterfeiting TNI and Ministry of Defense card cards.
However, the number does not rule out the possibility that it will increase because development is still underway.

"We were able to arrest several suspects, including the figures, we revealed in Cianjur at that time. So we caught them on top of the mountain," said Hengki.
Previously reported, Polda Metro Jaya and Puspom TNI Army revealed a case of the circulation of homemade firearms (senpi). In fact, dismantled a specialist factory for the modification of guns.
The involvement of the TNI AD Puspom in disclosing cases of the circulation of senpi is due to the discovery of a mode of using fake membership cards on behalf of the Indonesian Army and the Ministry of Defense.
The collaboration with the TNI AD Puspom is said to have been going on since June 2023.
"(The mode) is to use fake cards as if they were genuine, even carry out military-type training even though they are not military," said Hengki.
