Prosecutor: Mario Dandy Turns Facts Around, Creates Fake Stories
JAKARTA - The defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo was sentenced to 12 years in prison in the case of alleged severe abuse against David Ozora. The public prosecutor (JPU) has several reasons behind it, one of which Mario is considered to have reversed the facts by making up fake stories.
"The defendant tried to reverse the facts by stringing up fake stories during the investigation process," said the prosecutor when reading the aggravating things during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, August 15.

"The defendant's actions have damaged the future of the victim's son David Ozora," said the prosecutor.
"There is no peace between the defendant and the family of the victim's child David Ozora," continued the prosecutor.

In fact, in deciding the charges against Mario Dandy, the prosecutor did not have any mitigating considerations for Rafael Alun Trisambodo's son.
"The mitigating factor is nil," said the prosecutor.
In this case, Mario Dandy is considered to have fulfilled the elements of Article 355 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code.
