The Transjakarta Tendean Bus Stop Caught Fire, This Is The Route That Was Diverted

JAKARTA - PT Transjakarta diverted a number of routes due to the fire at the Tendean Bus Stop, South Jakarta. The operation of the Tendean Bus Stop was also stopped.

President Director of PT Transjakarta Welfizon Yuza explained that buses passing through the corridor of 13 Tendean-Ciledug routes only serve until the West Rawa bus stop.

"Then for the 13C route, adjustments were made from West Rawa to Puri Beta. Then the L13E route also adjusted the West Rawa bus stop to Puri Beta," Welfizon said in his statement, Monday, August 14.

The cause of the fire at the Tendean Bus Stop is still under investigation. Transjakarta is also still mapping the damage caused by this fire incident.

"There were no casualties in the incident," said Welfizon.

The South Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service received information on the fire at the Tendean Bus Stop at 17.40 WIB. The fire department immediately deployed 30 personnel and 7 fire engines.

The burning fire spread into the bus stop, before finally being extinguished and cooling was completed at 18.23 WIB.
