Air Cables In Ciputat Make Residents' Cars Experience Damage, PLN And Indihome Not Admit

TANGERANG The collapse of an electric pole on Jalan Engineer H Juanda, Ciputat, South Tangerang made the aerial cable at the pole hang down. It's not just a severe traffic jam that occurs, the car user who crossed the road becomes a victim.

Ismail, the driver of the car who was the victim, said that his car was damaged by a collapsed power pole. He detailed that the aerial cable at the power pole collapsed hit his car until it was damaged.

Ismail said, the optical cable at the legislative pole stretched down until it got into the car wheel. As a result, Ismail's car tires could not be moved. The car broke down.

"So the optical cable crossed the road, stretching it. So my left wheel was hit by the optical cable, until it broke, it couldn't be turned around anymore," said Ismail when met at the scene, Monday, August 14.

"It can't be craned, so it has to be taken up towing, it has been taken to the workshop," he continued.

Ismail admitted that he was confused about who he was responsible for the incident. He admitted that he had confirmed PLN's side to Indihome's optical cable, it did not belong to him.

"I've already asked the police, they also don't know. This is Indihome or from another operator, because PLN has already said it's not from PLN. I've called Indihome, now Indihome said its characteristics are red and white poles, but the poles are black," he said.

Ismail plans to complain to the Mayor of South Tangerang and the Head of East Ciputat Sub-district to be followed up.

"Until today, the local government cannot confirm who owns it, so I want to investigate, the mayor or the sub-district that takes care of this," he concluded.
