Kompolnas, KemenPPPA And LPSK Supervision Of Cases Will Be Candidates In NTB Allegedly Having Sex With Their Biological Daughter
NTB - Kompolnas, KemenPPPA and LPSK supervised the alleged immoral case with the alleged legislative candidate from Sekotong with the initials SS (50) with the victim's underage daughter.
This alleged immoral case led to mistreatment of SS by residents. Currently, the legal process of the case involving SS is being handled by the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) regional police.
"So, our visit to NTB is to supervise the handling of cases, be it allegations of sexual harassment or persecution (readaleg initials SS) that occurred in West Lombok Regency," said the Daily Chairman of Kompolnas Inspector General Pol. (Ret.) Benny Mamoto after a meeting with NTB Police officials at the NTB Police Headquarters, Mataram, Thursday, August 10, was confiscated by Antara.
Benny said this supervision was to ensure that the police had handled the case according to procedures and professionally.
"Especially for our task (Kompolnas) wants to ensure the handling of ongoing cases," he said.
He also said that his party together with LPSK and the Ministry of PPPA had listened to explanations regarding the handling of the case directly from police investigators.
"We hope that this case can be held in court soon so that it becomes clear so that all parties can see and hear the situation," he said.

Nahar from the Deputy for Child Protection, Ministry of PPPA, stated that the handling of the case is still ongoing according to legal procedures.
"So far the stages are correct, there is no need to rush because all sides must be explored with an integrated and comprehensive approach," said Nahar.
According to him, this case is not necessarily related to cases of sexual violence against children but there are also cases of abuse. For this reason, his party encourages the case to be resolved immediately and hopes that investigators can reveal the truth.
"In principle, there is no tolerance for criminal acts of sexual violence for the government, so it must be processed legally, including the rights of victims," he said.
Deputy Chairperson of LPSK Livia Iskandar who took part in the meeting confirmed that his party in this matter paid attention to the psychological condition of victims of cases of alleged sexual violence who were recorded as still children.
From the results of the meeting, Livia assured that the police had guaranteed the rights of the victims. However, he ensured that LPSK in this case also provided protection for victims.
"This case will be our priority by providing protection for victims, including fighting for victims to get their restitution rights," he said.
The legal case involving SS is under the handling of the Sub-Directorate for Youth, Children and Women of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the NTB Police and the West Lombok Police.
