For The Cost Of Child Education, Yusuf Surya Jinny Oh Jinny Actor, Breaks His Piggy Bank

JAKARTA - Yusuf Surya is known to the public through Jaka's character in the soap opera5up like a pandemic, after three years of starting again," said Yusuf Surya in Tendean, South Jakarta on Tuesday, August 1.

Hard work during the pandemic must be added to the obligation to pay children to study. Therefore, Yusuf Surya opened the piggy bank that he had filled since the late 1990s.

"During the pandemic, new children want to go to college, while the costs at home continue. Just imagine that you have to pay for the needs of your wife and children," said Yusuf Surya.

"Just imagine, for three years we haven't done anything, like a statue at home," he continued.

Regarding the nominal value obtained from his bank, Yusuf Surya admitted that he had collected Rp 600 million for about 25 years.

"It's a bank from the soap operas Flamboyan 108 and Jinny Oh Jinny, that's where it comes from," said Yusuf Surya.

"Yesterday, around Rp. 600 million was collected, so there was a little less," he added.

When yesterday's pandemic was recognized by Yusuf Surya as the most difficult time, he even had to peddle drinks. Even though he has several rented houses, only a few of his rented houses are inhabited by people.

"At that time the money in the savings was only Rp. 12 million, while the children had just entered college, to trade in drinks. Just imagine, if you want to rely on a rented house but only five doors are running, it's enough to pay for electricity," concluded Yusuf Surya, who played Jaka in the soap opera Jinny Oh Jinny.
