SM Entertainment Introduces 7 RIIZE Members Including Sungchan And Shotaro
JAKARTA - SM Entertainment announced the seven members who are members of the latest K-pop group, RIIZE. After releasing the logo on July 31, they released seven profiles from members along with official social media accounts.
Two of them are Sungchan and Shotaro who previously joined NCT. They also had a promotion for NCT's studio album in 2020.
Members write their profiles containing names, nicknames, ages, favorite things, as well as hopes and messages for fans.
Shotaro became the first member to be introduced by SM Entertainment. At the age of 22, the man who was born on November 25 liked fashion and hoped to take a world tour one day.
Sungchan was also announced as a member of RIIZE through a series of photos uploaded by the agency. The 21-year-old man wrote that he hoped to reach Billboard Hot 100 with his group.

In addition, RIIZE also consists of Eunseok (22), Won Bin (21), Seung Han (19), So Hee (19), and Anton (19). Along with a new account, they uploaded photos together and uploaded several moments during training together.
SM Entertainment confirmed RIIZE means Rise and Realize which means they are shining together. RIIZE is also planned to debut in September 2023. This is SM Entertainment's newest group after debuting aespa in 2020.
Although their debut date has not yet been released, they are certain to join the 2023 SMTOWN Jakarta line-up.
SM Entertainment will hold the SMTOWN 2023 SMCU PALACE concert saying the SM's newest group will attend the concert with seniors such as TVXQ, Super Junior, Red Velvet, NCT 127, NCT Dream, WayV, and aespa.
The SMTOWN Jakarta 2023 concert will be held on September 23, 2023 at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta. Tickets for this concert will be sold starting August 9 through the related ticket partner website.
