1 Month Since Leaving Hospital, Madonna Feels Lucky She Is Still Alive
Madonna reflected on her deteriorating health condition recently after one month out of hospital. He felt lucky to be still alive.
On June 24, pop icon manager Guy Osars shared that Madonna had a serious bacterial infection that caused her to stay for a few days in the ICU.
"He's in good health, but he's still in medical treatment. Full recovery is expected," the statement continued, quoted from NME, Tuesday.
On July 10, the star later announced that all of his concert dates in North America were postponed because his current focus was on "health and getting stronger".
"Thank you for your positive energy, prayers, and words of healing and encouragement. I feel your love. I am in the process of recovering and very grateful for all the blessings in my life," he wrote on Instagram.
Madonna then thanked her family and friends in a new Instagram post while reflecting on her fear of her health.
Love from family and friends is the best medicine, he started his post, shared on July 30.
"One month out of the hospital and I can make an effect."
"As a mother you can really get caught up in the needs of your children and an seemingly endless gift. But when a difficult situation arises, my children are really here for me. I see those sides I have never seen before."
