The Mediation Session Of Shinta Bachir And Her Husband Was Postponed For The Second Time
JAKARTA - The divorce trial with the mediation agenda of Shinta Bachir with her husband, Indra Kristianto at the East Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday, July 25, was again postponed for the second time.
Shinta Bachir is known to have not attended the trial. Andi Hidayat as the attorney said that his client was having work that could not be left behind.
"The main agenda for today's trial is the mediation agenda, which Shinta Bachir cannot attend because Shinta Bachir has an event in Labuan Bajo," said Andi Hidayat at the East Jakarta PA on Tuesday, July 25.
Therefore, mediation hearings will be held again next week, Tuesday, August 1. Andi Hidayat confirmed that Shinta Bachir would come for further mediation.
When asked about Indra Kristianto's presence, Shinta's attorney could not say much. He is still looking forward to whether his client's husband is ready to face the trial.
If mediation does not occur next week, said Andi Hidayat, the trial is likely to continue on the next agenda.
