Not Only Money, BAKTI Kominfo Officials Receive LV Bags To Hermes From The BTS Project Consortium
JAKARTA - Head of the Lastmile and Backhaul Division of BAKTI Kominfo Muhammad Feriandi Mirza admitted that he did not only receive money from a series of 4G Base Transceiver Station (BTS) projects worth Rp. 300 million. However, there are also some luxury items from the consortium.
This confession began when the Public Prosecutor (JPU) questioned whether or not there was a gift from the BTS 4G project provider company.
That's when Mirza admitted that there were some items provided by provider companies that were members of the consortium.
"Yes, it's normal, there is a bag," Mirza said during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, July 25.
"What brand of bag?" asked the prosecutor.
"Louis Vuitton," said Mirza.
"Who gave that to?" said the prosecutor.
"From ZTE," said Mirza.
"Besides the bag, what else?" said the prosecutor.
"Relude," said Mirza.
"Relude tie. How many belts?" asked the prosecutor, who immediately answered two by Mirza.

The prosecutor again questioned about the receipt of these luxury items. Mirza also said that the Hermes brand belts he received were the gifts of ZTE and Huwawei.
"Mukti Ali is for Huwawei. Michael is the EEZ," said Mirza.
"PHONE?" asked the prosecutor that Mirza agreed to if he was given an iPhone.
"Huwawei and ZTE too," said Mirza.
"Sepatu?" said the prosecutor.
"A partner from IBS," said Mirza.
"Oh, all of the consortiums are yak," said the prosecutor.
Previously, it was reported that Mirza had admitted to receiving Rp. 300 million from the suspect in the alleged corruption case in the provision of 4G Base Transceiver Station (BTS) infrastructure for the 2020-2022 period, Windi Purnama.
Windi is a confidant of the Commissioner of PT Solitech Media Sinergy Irwan Hermawan.
"From Windi Purnama, how much?" asked Judge Fahzal.
"Rp. 300 million," Mirza replied.
Mirza also admitted that he had used the money to buy vehicle assets. However, because of this corruption case, Mirza has also returned the money to the Attorney General's Office (AGO) investigators.
"It's been Your Honor January 2022. It was immediately deposited," Mirza replied.
