Virgoun Anggap Inara Rusli As A Disobedience Wife, Not Willing To Leave Children's Custody

JAKARTA - Arjana Bagaskara as Inara Rusli's attorney revealed the reason for Virgoun who was not willing if his three children's custody fell to Inara Rusli, after the two divorced.

Inara Rusli's attorney explained that Virgoun's argument was that he also wanted to take custody because he considered Inara Rusli as a dissident wife. Therefore, Inara is considered unfit to take care of their three children.

"But Mr. Virgoun's reason in the duplicate and the answer is that Mrs. Inara is considered nusyuz," said Arjana Bagaskara when met at the West Jakarta Religious Court (PA).

Arjana considered Virgoun's assessment inappropriate. However, he sees it as a common thing in the trial. Inara's attorney asked Virgoun to prove his argument later.

"Yes, please prove later in their evidentiary agenda, related to the nusyuz. We prove our own argument in the trial," said Arjana.

Furthermore, he said that until now Inara Rusli was still determined by her stance on divorce. However, there are problems such as income and child custody are still trying to communicate.

"It (the divorce) is fixed, there is no other possibility. It's just that what we are still opening the door is related to the child's income, and what kind of custody rights the child wants," said Arjana.

However, Inara Rusli so far still believes that the custody of three children will be given by the panel of judges to the mother. Arjana considers her client to be more entitled to custody, considering that the children are still under 12 years old.

"But, from Mrs. Inara, it is clear that she wants custody to be given to her as a mother. Because legally, the child who is still under 12 years old is handed over to the mother," concluded Arjana Bagaskara, Inara Rusli's attorney.
