AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan Jalani Session Of Child Abuse Case Ken Admiral
The Medan District Court (PN), North Sumatra, Wednesday, began to try the defendant AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan for the alleged omission of his son, Aditiya Hasibuan, who abused the victim Ken Admiral.
"Starting on December 11, 2022, when Ken Admiral sent a chat via Instagram," said Public Prosecutor Randi H Tambunan at the first trial with an indictment agenda at the Medan District Court as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, July 12.
The prosecutor said that the cause of the commotion was related to the upload of Aditiya's photo with SHyang, a close friend of Ken Admiral. Ken Admiral got emotional and then fought on social media.
On December 21, 2022, Ken Admiral and Aditiy Aharasibuan met at a fast food center in the Ringroad Medan area. There the Ken Admiral car was damaged because it was damaged by Aditiy Aharasibuan.
In short, at 02:30 WIB Ken Admiral and his friend visited Aditiya's residence on Jalan Guru Sinumba, Medan to hold Aditya Hasibuan accountable.
AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan also checked the condition of Ken Admiral's car while ordering Aditiya's brother Arya to call Adityadan Aditya and Aditya to get out of the house.

As a result of AKBP Achiruddin's actions, said the prosecutor, the defendant was charged with Article 351 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code, primary indictment, or Article 351 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code or second, Article 335 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary charges.
After listening to the prosecutor's indictment, Medan District Court Chief Judge Oloan Silalahi continued the trial with an agenda on Monday, July 17, 2023.
