Sri Mulyani Attends The 2024 RAPBN Approval At The DPR Plenary Meeting
Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati was present at the 28th Plenary Meeting of Session V Session Year 2022-2023 held by the DPR at the Senayan Parliament Complex, Jakarta.
"This plenary meeting has an agenda for submitting reports on the results of the discussion on the preliminary discussion of the Draft State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (RAPBN) for the 2024 fiscal year and the Government's 2024 Work Plan by the DPR RI Budget Agency," said a press release from the Ministry of Finance, Tuesday, July 4.
On this occasion, the government and members of the DPR agreed on the figures of macro assumptions and the initial posture of the fiscal policy to be used as a reference in the preparation of the 2024 RAPBN.
Deputy Chairman of the DPR RI Budget Agency (Banggar) Cucun Ahmad Syamsurijal explained the range of macroeconomic indicators in the 2024 RAPBN as follows:
Economic growth of 5.1-5.7 percent Inflation rate 1.5-3.5 percent Rupiah Exchange Rate Rp 14,700-15,200 per ASTingkat Bunga SBN 10 years 6.49-6.91 percent Asumsi harga minyak raw Indonesia 75-80 dollars per barrelLifting minyak bumi sebesar 615,000-640,000 barrels per dayLifting gas sebesar 1,030,000-1,036,000 barrels equivalent minyak per hari Di juga menyebutkan kesepakatan posture macro fiscal yang akan digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan RAPBN 2024 (dalam persen terhadap produk domestik bruto/PDB):
State revenue 11.88-12.38 percent Tax 9.95-10.20 percent PNBP 1.92-2.16 percent Grant 0.01-0.02 percent State Expenditure 14.03-15.01 percent Central Government Purchase 10.49-11.36 percent Transfer to 3.55-3.65 percent Primary Balance 0.0035-(0.428) percent Deficit (2.16)-(2.64) percent Financing 2.16-2.64 percent Net Utang 2.46-3.41 percent Net Investment (0.3)-(0.67) percent Debt Ratio 38.07-38.97

Closing the Plenary Meeting, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, who acted as chair of the meeting, said that the report on the results of the discussion on the preliminary discussion of the 2024 RAPBN which had been discussed in Banggar and Commission XI of the DPR would be a reference for the preparation of the 2024 RAPBN.
