Agung Sedayu Boss Sugianto Kusuma 'Aguan' Appointed As President Director Of PANI

JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Pratama Abadi Nusa Industri Tbk decided to appoint the President Director of the Sedayu Group, Sugianto Kusuma alias Aguan to be the President Director replacing Prili Budi Pasravita Soetantyo.

The company also removed Fredyanto Oetomo from the ranks of the latest PANI Board of Directors.

The AGMS also replaced Erick Tonny Tjandra with Susanto Kusumo as President Commissioner.

In addition, PANI also removed Surya Pranoto Budihardjo and Supriyatno from the ranks of Commissioners.
