The Results Of Firli Bahuri's Ethics Examination Will Be Announced By The Supervisory Board Today
JAKARTA - The Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will announce the results of the ethical examination of KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri and other leaders today. The process that has been running will be delivered this afternoon.
"At 14.30 WIB there is a KPK Council press conference. Today in C1 (Old KPK Building)," said KPK Council Member Syamsuddin Haris to reporters, Monday, June 19.
Syamsuddin said there were several complaints announced. Among them were the dismissal of Brigadier General Endar Priantoro as Director of Investigation and the alleged leak of mining business license investigation (IUP) at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
"And the complaint of Mr. JT (Vice Chairman of the KPK Johanis Tanak)," he said.
Previously, Endar was honorably dismissed from the position of Director of Investigation on March 31 after he was returned to the National Police. However, the Bhayangkara Corps member was instead asked to return to the KPK according to the orders of the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
As a result of this incident, he reported KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri and KPK Secretary General Cahya H. Harefa to the KPK Supervisory Board.
In addition, Endar also reported other alleged violations such as leaking documents for investigating alleged corruption at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to forcing the making of documents even though the case title or exposure had not been carried out.

Not only that, Endar also reported the leadership, Secretary General, and Head of the KPK HR Bureau to the Ombudsman. He suspects that maladministration occurred when he was dismissed while the KPK Director of Investigation.
Meanwhile, Johanis Tanak was reported by ICW represented by the Head of the Legal Division of ICW Lalola Easter. Two reports were made, namely the conversation between Johanis and Plh Director General of Mineral and Coal Idris Froyoto Sihite and the potential for a conflict of interest.
A number of evidences were attached, including the conversation between the two which went viral. Lalola felt that the evidence should be attached to the report because Johanis did not deny it.
