KemenPAN-RB Agrees To The Proposal For Adjustment Of The Ministry Of Religion's ASN Performance Allowance

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN-RB) approved the proposed adjustment of the performance allowance (tukin) of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag).

"Alhamdulillah, this is good news for all ASN Ministry of Religion. I have just met with the Minister of PAN-RB and he submitted that the proposed adjustment of Tukin by 80 percent for ASN Ministry of Religion has been approved," said Minister of Religion Yaqut Cholil Qoumas as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, June 15.

Yaqut said this news is a gift for all ASN Ministry of Religion who are both racing to carry out bureaucratic reform in order to provide better service to the community.

After obtaining approval, he said, the PAN-RB Ministry had applied for an adjustment principle permit to the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu).

"Don't relax your steps. Keep running to solve the priority programs that have been set," said the Minister of Religion.

The Ministry of PAN-RB has evaluated bureaucratic reform carried out by the Ministry of Religion.

The results of the evaluation of the implementation of bureaucratic reform in 2022 as stated in the Ministry of Religion's RB Index are 75.84 with the title BB (very good).

"On the basis of this evaluation, we recommend an increase in performance allowances for employees within the Ministry of Religion by 80 percent," said PAN-RB Minister Abdullah Azwar Anas.

Previously, the Ministry of Religion also held a meeting with the Ministry of PAN-RB to resolve problems related to the governance of Human Resources (HR) and Institutions at the Ministry of Religion.

"President Jokowi's directive, bureaucratic reform is not just a pile of paper, but must have an impact and be felt by the community. So we encourage thematic bureaucratic reform together," said Azwar Anas.
