The Mayor Of Serang Was Promised By Private Parties To Build Malls, Hotels And Islamic Schools, But No One Street Yet
SERANG As mayor, it is natural to want the region to progress and develop economically. As felt by Syafrudin, the Mayor of Serang hopes that his area will progress and develop in the economic sector, especially during his leadership.
Syafrudin said that he received cooperation by the private sector, namely the Pangrango Group, which is willing to build business centers such as malls, hotels, office towers and Islamic schools. The agreement was carried out since October 20, 2022. But until now none of the projects have run as expected.
"Yes, it is true that the signing of the MoU has been signed, but until now there has been no news, instead I am waiting for the continuation," said Syafrudin when met by reporters, on Thursday, June 8, 2023.
Syafrudin said, Pangrango Group itself had signed an MoU with the Serang City Government on Thursday, October 20, 2022. They plan to invest in hotels, office towers, malls, and Islamic schools in Serang City.

"Perhaps technically in the licensing office or the Public Works service, I also have no information, if after the MoU there is no news at all. For the investment plan, there is a mall, then a hotel," he explained.
Syafrudin hopes that the investment can be immediately entered and realized, because it can help develop and grow the community's economy.
"Until now it has not been running and I am waiting as soon as possible," explained Syafrudin.
