The Modus Of A Teacher Of Ngaji In Bandung Harasses His Students: Accompanied To Be Smart
The suspect, a Koran teacher who abused dozens of students in Cilengkrang, Bandung Regency, with the initials ADR, used the lure of becoming smart as a mode to carry out depraved acts against his victims.

Kusworo continued that the perpetrator had married one of the victims after mediation by various parties. However, the victim's family still wants the matter to be processed by law.
Finally, since it was reported on May 17, 2023, on May 20, 2023, Adji Rustandi, who was 58 years old, was immediately secured by the Cileunyi sector police, then handed over to the Bandung city resort police for further handling.
"And currently the perpetrator is being held at the Bandung Police Headquarters," he said.
Based on police information, 12 victims were minors with an age range (when the case was processed) between nine years and 16 years.
The perpetrator himself had become the target of residents before finally being arrested by the police in the Cileunyi sector.

For his actions, the suspect ADR was subject to articles 81 and 82 of Law number 17 of 2016 concerning the stipulation of Perppu Law number 1 of 2016 the second amendment to Law number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection.
In this regulation, the suspect is threatened with a minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum of 15 years in prison, and a maximum fine of Rp. 5 billion, but because of the suspect's teacher status, the criminal sentence must be increased by a third.
