Police Wait For Information On Mario's Files From The Prosecutor's Office

Polda Metro Jaya is still waiting for information on the completeness of the persecution case file with suspects Mario Dandy Satriyo (20) and Shane Lukas (19) from the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office.

"Investigators, in this case, are still waiting for the progress of the study," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko quoting Antara, Saturday, May 20.

Trunoyudo also explained that his party was still waiting for information from the research file whether it was complete or not.

"Of course it will become the domain of the Public Prosecutor (JPU) to re-learn what are formal and material requirements," he said.

Polda Metro Jaya hopes that soon there will be information from the Prosecutor's Office regarding the files of the two suspects that have been declared complete or P21.

"Of course, the hope is that in a short time we can meet the formal and material requirements of what the prosecutor requested. So that the hope is considered complete or declared P21. Let's wait together," he said.

Polda Metro Jaya has handed over the case file of the suspect Mario Dandy Satriyo (20) in the case of severe abuse against David Ozora (17) to the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) on Wednesday (10/5).

"Yes, it's true that today the files of the suspect MDS have been transferred back to the DKI Prosecutor's Office," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko when confirmed in Jakarta, at that time.

At the same time, the Head of the Legal Information Section (Kasipenkum) of the DKI Jakarta Attorney General's Office, Ade Sofyansah, confirmed that his party had received the case file of the suspect Mario Dandy Satriyo to the DKI Attorney General's Office.

"That's right, this afternoon as of May 10, 2023, investigators sent the case file back to the DKI Jakarta Prosecutor's Office," he said when contacted in Jakarta, Wednesday.
