Thursday’s IHSG Opened Stronger to 6,968, EDGE Toto Sugiri Shares Soared 19.94 Percent

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) on Thursday 23 November opened up 61.63 points or 0.89 percent to 6,968.58 at 09.08 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB) this morning.

Meanwhile, the JCI opened at 6,907.08 and the highest level for the JCI today was 6,975.75 and the lowest was 6,926.26. The total share trading volume on the IDX reached 2.53 billion with a transaction value reaching IDR 824.70 billion.

There were 211 shares rising, 145 shares falling, and 221 shares flat.

As for those who entered the Top Gainers ranks, namely PT Indointernet Tbk (EDGE) owned by Toto Sugiri shot up 1,600 or 19.94 percent to IDR 9,625.

Then PT Barito Renewable Energy Tbk (BREN) shares rose 400 or 7.08 percent to IDR 6,050, and PT Trancoal Pacific Tbk (TCPI) shares rose 175 or 2.30 percent to IDR 7,775.

Meanwhile, among the top losers, PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN) fell 250 or 2.84 percent to IDR 6,850, shares of PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP) fell 125 or 1.46 percent to IDR 8. 425, and PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (PURI) shares fell 60 or 9.52 percent to IDR 570.
