The GoPay Application Is Officially Launched, Check Out The Amount Of Excellences You Get

JAKARTA - GoTo Financial officially officially launched the GoPay application nationally on Wednesday, July 26.

President of the Financial Technology Business Unit GoTo Hans Patuwo said the GoPay application which was prepared to reach all of this came with a light size so that it could be downloaded on various types of smartphones.

"Even though GoPay now has an application that stands alone, the GoPay service can still be used and continues to be developed in the Gojek and Tokopedia applications," Hans said at a press conference in Jakarta, Wednesday, July 26.

He continued, based on information from Bank Indonesia, there were 97 million adults in Indonesia who were included in the category of unbanked or did not have an account in the bank.

"We are committed to being able to provide easy and safe financial access for all," Hans continued.

Hans added that a number of advantages of this new application include free instant transfers anywhere up to 100 times per month, including transfers from GoPay accounts to other GoPay accounts, from GoPay accounts to bank accounts, and from bank accounts to other bank accounts.

"Users can always buy credit and data packages at special prices on the Gopay application and enjoy minimal administrative costs for payment of BPJS bills, PLN and others," Hans explained.

In addition, Hans continued, the application also has an expenditure report feature that can automatically provide a transparent picture to users regarding their expenses.

"An equally important feature is that users are guided to follow five security measures to ensure layered protection for user accounts, including biometric use," Hans concluded.
