ID FOOD Supports The Formation Of The Federation Of Food SOE Workers Unions

JAKARTA - ID FOOD supports the participation of Trade Unions as the leading part in realizing the company's performance improvement. This was conveyed by the President Director of ID FOOD Frans Marganda Tambunan, when opening the Declaration and Congress of the Federation of Indonesian Food SOE Workers Unions, in Jakarta, Wednesday, July 19.

On this occasion, it was conveyed that the Trade Union was an important part of a company that had a strategic role. For this reason, the President Director of ID FOOD advised the Workers' Union to become a motivator, messenger, creator, and collaborator, in which the four are summarized in the 2M and 2C concepts.

As a motivator, it is hoped that the Labor Union can become a motivator for the transformation and application of work ethics in their respective companies. Workers' unions can be role models, in crafts, discipline, work ethic, including achievements to set an example so that this year the performance of ID FOOD and achieve positive income and profit.

Selanjutnya sebagai messenger, Serikat Pekerja bisa menjadi pembawa pesan dan informasi tentang kondisi perusahaan yang sebenar. memberikan pesan yang baik dan benar, sehingga bagi rekan-rekan karyawan baik yang di pusat dan daerah mendapatkan pesan dan informasi yang baik dan benar tentang perusahaan.

As a creator, management supports Trade Unions to become creators and creators of good fair, dynamic, and law-abiding industrial relations. And lastly as a collaborator, Trade Unions can become management's strategic partners in improving the company's performance.

Meanwhile, on the same occasion, the General Chairperson of the Sang Hyang Seri Workers Union as well as the Chairperson of the event committee Eko Priyo Santoso said that the business challenges that will be faced in front are getting tighter.

For this reason, the Federation of Indonesian Food SOE Workers Unions is ready to collaborate with management to respond and make a positive contribution to the company's progress.
