Targeting Sales To Grow 111 Percent, INET Strengthens Edge Data Center Business Line, Leaded Line And Bandwidth Sales

JAKARTA - PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET), a connectivity-based digital infrastructure company that has become one of the key players in the internet service supply industry in Indonesia, has set a target for 2023.

In an effort to increase their business growth, INET is targeting sales to grow by 111 percent or Rp42 billion compared to the previous year. This step will be strengthened by the expansion of the Edge Data Center, limited line and bandwidth sales line.

In 2022, INET recorded total sales of IDR 19.9 billion with a net profit of IDR 1.3 billion and reflected positive performance.

"We have evaluated last year's performance and saw significant growth potential in the market. Therefore, we have set a higher sales target for 2023," said Muhammad Arif, President Director of INET, in his statement, Monday, July 17.

In an effort to achieve the expected target, INET will focus its efforts on strengthening the Edge Data Center business line. Edge Data Center is an IT infrastructure solution that can accelerate the speed and quality of connectivity for INET B2B customers.

Dengan meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas data center EDGE yang dimiliki, INET berharap dapat menarik lebih banyak pelanggan B2B dan meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan.

In addition, INET will also increase sales of Leaded Line and bandwidth. In an era that is increasingly connected and relies on fast internet connectivity, demand for larger bandwidth continues to increase.

By offering reliable and quality bandwidth services, INET plans to attract more corporate customers who need high internet speed.

Not only focusing on increasing sales, but INET also has plans to carry out an Initial Public Offering (IPO) process on July 20, 2023. This IPO is expected to open the door for INET to obtain fresh funds that will be used to support further business expansion and infrastructure development.

IPO INET will release a maximum of 1.5 billion shares at a price of Rp. 100 - 101 per share with a maximum amount of Rp. 151 billion. In this IPO process, INET will also issue Series I Warrants with a ratio of 5:7 as many as 2.1 billion shares.

Muhammad Arif, apart from serving as President Director of INET, also serves as General Chair of APJII (Indonesian Internet Service Organizer Association). With his extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, Muhammad Arif has a strong vision to develop INET as one of the market leaders who contribute greatly to the field of digital connectivity.

Meanwhile, Setyanto Hantoro, former President Director of Telkomsel, has been appointed as President Commissioner of INET. His extensive experience in the telecommunications industry will provide valuable insight and guidance for the strategic development of this company.
