Encouraging KPR Business, Bank Mandiri Collaborates With Agung Podomoro Land To Hold Find Your Property With Easy Pay 2023

JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) continues to actively innovate to strengthen the Home Ownership Credit (KPR) business line in 2023. This is in line with the optimism that KPR growth continues to improve, in line with economic growth and people's purchasing power.

To welcome this, Bank Mandiri collaborated with Developer Agung Podomoro Land again to hold an expo property titled Find Your Property (FYP) with Easy Pay 2023 to facilitate customer access in finding dream housing.

The exhibition event, which will be held on May 9-21, 2023 at the Atrium Central Park Mall, Jakarta, offers 17 of the best property asset projects in various major cities in Indonesia.

Bank Mandiri Network and Retail Banking Director Aquarius Rudianto explained, this reflects the implementation of the property event which was held last February, which succeeded in capturing the enthusiasm of the community in finding ideal housing. Especially among employees who target the first house as a place to live.

Furthermore, his party added, the Find Your Property with Easy Pay event is a program that provides facilities for ease and relief of financing in order to realize the customer's dream of owning property, including a lightweight Down Payment (DP), Provisional Fee-Free and a lightweight Interest Rate.

It doesn't stop there, Bank Mandiri also offers a special promo in the form of a special interest rate program with several alternative fixed rates ranging from 3 years, 5 years to 10 years.

Aquarius added that the implementation of this event was a momentum for Bank Mandiri to achieve credit targets, especially in the KPR business line. As additional information, until April 2023 Bank Mandiri has distributed Home Ownership Loans (KPR) reaching IDR 50.9 trillion, growing 9% compared to the same period in 2022 or year on year (YoY).
