Ministry Of Tourism And Creative Economy: The Quality Of MSME Products In Labuan Bajo Is Good And Worth Selling

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) assesses that the quality of MSME products in Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara has been well packaged and is worth selling.

"I see the quality is good, it has shown locality from each region, and the packaging has been well packaged and deserves to be sold," said Director of Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Masruroh in Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai, quoted from Antara, Monday 8 May.

He conveyed this as a form of appreciation for the involvement of 67 MSME actors throughout Flores who participated in the exhibition at the People's Party which became the side event of the 42nd ASEAN Summit (KTT).

While accompanying Deputy Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Angela Tanoesoedibjo to visit the MSME exhibition stands, Masruroh found many quality products.

He said similar appreciation was also given by Deputy Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Angela Tanoesoedibjo.

"The quality is already worth selling, not only in NTT but nationally," he said optimisticly.

Adventurer, MSME actor from Hasny Collection looks enthusiastic about serving exhibition visitors who ask about the weaving derivative products he sells.

To take part in the MSME exhibition at the People's Party, Advent must first register at the link that has been shared by his friend. He said he came specifically from Sikka Regency to take part in the MSME exhibition.

Advent welcomed the event organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and the Implementing Agency of the Labuan Bajo Authority Flores. He mentioned that many of his products had been sold since the morning.

"Many have bought it, the point is that the sustenance is enough today with this exhibition," he said.

He hopes that similar MSME exhibitions can be even more so as to provide wider space for MSME players in various regions.

Thus they can be more confident, then they can improve product quality and compete to the national or international level.

The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy has presented the People's Party as support in increasing community participation in welcoming the ASEAN Summit.

The People's Party only lasted for one day starting from 08.00 WITA to 23.00 WITA consisting of culinary bazaars, musical and cultural performances, and fashion shows.
