Bengkulu-Jakarta Flight Tickets Until May 2, 2023 Sold Out

JAKARTA - PT Angkasa Pura (AP) II branch office of Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu Airport noted that flight tickets from Bengkulu to Jakarta until May 2 were sold out. This was after the religious celebration of Eid Al-Fitr 1444 Hijri.

"As of May 2, the flight tickets from Bengkulu to Jakarta have been sold out," said the Executive General Manager (EGM) of the Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu Airport Branch Office of PT Angkasa Pura II Ngatimin K Murtono, citing Antara.

This happened after the central government issued an appeal to all government agencies regarding restrictions on holding activities after the celebration of Eid al-Fitr 1444 Hijri, namely on May 2, 2023.

The sold-out plane tickets are regular flights consisting of five airlines, namely Lion Air, Super Air Jet, Batik Air, Garuda Indonesia, and Citilink.

Even so, his party did not add to the flight schedule to Jakarta and optimized the existing aircraft, namely seven flights a day.

However, this addition will be made if the flight tickets for the Jakarta route to Bengkulu are sold out.

"Today there are additional flights with the Susi Air airline from Bengkulu to Mukomuko and Padang Regencies, West Sumatra," explained Ngatimin.

Meanwhile, in dealing with homecoming and return flows, his party is improving services for travelers such as increasing the room temperature and placing a number of fans in the arrival hall, this is done because currently, extreme weather is happening in Bengkulu.

"We continue to improve our services so that travelers and other passengers feel comfortable at Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu Airport," said Ngatimin.

Previously, PT Angkasa Pura (AP) II branch office at Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu Airport added flights ahead of the Idul Fitri 1444 Hijriah to be exact on 18, 20, and 25 April 2023.

The addition of these airlines was made to deal with the high flow of homecoming for people who use air transportation modes at Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu Airport.
