Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei: Israel Will Be Destroyed

JAKARTA - Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said the Zionist regime was destined to be eradicated, while the spirit of resistance continued.

This was conveyed by Khamenei in a meeting with thousands of Iranian women from various levels of society at Imam Khomeini Hussainiyah, Tehran, which was held on Tuesday.

On that occasion, Khamenei also highlighted regional issues, resistance efforts, and the situation in Syria.

He pointed out that the actions taken in Syria, coupled with crimes committed by the Zionist and United States regimes, which are supported by support from other entities, had caused the enemy to mistakenly believe the resistance movement had been defeated. However, he stressed this was a big mistake on their part.

Ayatollah Khamenei emphasized that the spirit of Sayed Hassan Nasrallah (Hezbollah) and (Yahya) Sinwar (Hamas) remained alive.

"They have left, but martyrdom does not erase their whereabouts. Their passion and ideas persist, and their path continues," he said, as reported by Tasnim.

Referring to Gaza's determination against the Zionist daily attacks and ongoing resistance in Lebanon, Khamenei said, "The Zionist regime believes they are preparing themselves through Syria to surround and eliminate Hezbollah in Lebanon, but it is Israel that will."

He stressed Iran's determination to stand with Palestinian fighters and the Hezbollah Mujahideen, reaffirming the country's dedication to providing ongoing support and assistance.
