30 Police In Central Java Fired Until August 2023

The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Satake Bayu Setianto, said that around 30 police officers who were dishonorably dismissed during January to August 2023.

"From January to now there are 30 people in various police stations," said Bayu in Semarang as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, August 3.

According to him, the police officers were involved in various kinds of cases.

The average type of violation committed by the police who were fired was also revealed in connection with drug cases and desertion.

The police's firm action against these police officers, he continued, was part of an effort to clean the body of the Police.

Sanctions, he said, were imposed on police who violated the code of ethics and discipline.

"PTDH is handed down to members who commit repeated ethical violations," he said.

Meanwhile, the PTDH ceremony against police officers has been carried out at the Central Java Police, such as the Salatiga Police and the Grobogan Police.
