IDF Bripda Family Asks Suspects To Be Shown To The Public, Sure Shooting Is Planned

BOGOR - Bripda Ignatius Dwi Frisco Sirage's family or Bripda IDF (20) asked the police to show the suspects shooting their sons in public.

"The family and attorneys ask that the suspects be immediately shown to the public," said the attorney for the family of Bripda IDF, Jajang, as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, August 2.

Jajang also expressed the disappointment of BripdaIDF's family over the police statement that the cause of BripdaIDF's death was due to negligence.

"I have communicated with the family that he expressed his disappointment with the statement from the West Java Police Director General who said (the cause of the death of BripdaIDF) was due to negligence," added Jajang.

The IDF Bripda family insisted that the shooting incident that occurred on Sunday (23/7) at the Police Flats, Cikeas, Bogor Regency, West Java, was an element of intent and planning.

Jajang said the BripdaIDF family recorded five points of intent and planning in the incident that killed his son.

First, the BripdaIDF family considered that there had been unfavorable conditions since the beginning of the year in the victim's environment, with intimidation from seniors through evidence of IDF conversations with their female friends.

Second, the family noted that there was evidence that the IMS perpetrator asked the IDF victim to come to the crime scene (TKP) by telephone belonging to witness AN with the phrase "here you".

Third, the BripdaIDF family also noted that there was evidence that the IMS perpetrator had prepared firearms carefully and consciously inserted megasin and bullets to be fired at the IDF Bripda.

Fourth, when the IDF victim came to the scene, the perpetrator then pulled a firearm by swinging at the IDF victim and firing at the deadly area, namely the upper neck head.

Fifth, after the IMS perpetrator shot the IDF victim, the IMS perpetrator then tried to remove the evidence by washing clothes that were exposed to the IDF's blood pressure.

Then, the IMS perpetrator tried to escape, but was caught by his colleagues.

IDF Bripda, a member of the Special Detachment (Densus) 88 Anti-terror Police, was shot dead by his senior at the Police Flats, Cikeas, Bogor Regency, West Java, Sunday (23/7).

Two other members of the National Police's Anti-terror Detachment 88 were named as suspects in the case, namely Bripda IMS and Bripka IG. Both were declared to have violated the code of ethics with the category of serious violations and criminal acts of Article 338.

Bripda IMS is subject to Article 338 or Article 359 of the Criminal Code and/or Law Number 12 of 1951; while Bripka IG is subject to Article 338 in conjunction with Article 56 and/or Article 359 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code and/or the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951.

IMS and IG face the death penalty or life imprisonment or a temporary prison sentence of up to 20 years.
