"After the disaster, the Lumajang Regency Government moved quickly to assess the impact of the damage, including handling life safety and also conveying that the basic needs of the refugees at several points had been met," he said.

He explained that five bridges were damaged by the Semeru cold lava disaster, namely the bridge connecting Kloposawit Village and Tumpeng, then the Kaliregoyo bridge connecting Jugosari Village and Kebondeli Selatan Hamlet.
