CIREBON - City Government (Pemkot) Cirebon, West Java, is still reviewing the implementation of policies to work dynamically outside the office or "Work From Anywhere" (WFA) for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the area. "We are still reviewing the WFA policy, because not all ASN can do WFA. Eti said, when the WFA is possible to implement it, then the Cirebon City Government will implement it, but still wait for further instructions. "Yesterday, Governor Ridwan Kamil also said that not all ASN could be WFA, for that we will first look at the situation ahead," he said. He ensured that ASN who worked in the public service sector could not be WFA, because they had to meet directly with the community in dealing with the needs. "The point is we are still reviewing first, if the implementation is also not known when," he said. Governor Ridwan Kamil said that the WFA policy was permanent based on experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, where from the analytical results during the pandemic, there were a number of positions that could work without the need for the office. "The results of his study during COVID-19 there is the work of civil servants who do not meet with the community can be completed without having to go to the office," said Ridwan Kamil.
