Family Of Victims Of Sunday Market Accident Clarification About Musala Requests Worth Mercedes Benz As Compensation

JAKARTA The chaos of two parties in the Mercedes Benz accident with a motorcycle that resulted in the death of a teenager named Syamil (18) at Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The victim and the perpetrator have not yet come to light. In fact, it was stated that the victim asked for a prayer room worth a Mercedes Benz.

N, as Syamil's older brother (18) admitted that his family asked for compensation for the accident that took the life of his sister. But he clarified what he said.

"The clarification is not compensation worth Mercy, but compensation for the car worth those who hit Syamil and the money will be made in the name of Syamil," N said in a short message, Monday, April 3.

N detailed that the replacement was not for personal purposes, but for houses of worship. The goal is that the deceased will continue to get the reward of goodness.

"Not for us, private family, but the money is to be used as a house of worship, which God willing, the reward will continue to flow for the deceased (Syamil)," he concluded.

Ira Riswana accompanied by her attorney, Olop Turnip visited the South Jakarta Metro Police on Monday, April 3 to provide information regarding a traffic accident involving his son, MMI and a teenager named Syamil.

The accident caused Syamil to die. Until now, the case is still being investigated at the South Jakarta Metro Police.

Olop said there had been a meeting between Syamil's family and his client's family. At that time, it was discussed to resolve the problem amicably.

"I asked, what kind of legal resolution do you want, because if our consensus sets aside which one is right and which one is wrong. We both make that statement, meaning that we are at peace with this case," said Olop Turnip.

However, Olop said the deal failed because his client thought the request from the victim's family made no sense.

But from that side did not accept. There was a request from him which according to our client did not make sense. The deceased asked to build a mosque worth a car (Mercedes Benz). We said it was irrelevant because this incident was not what we wanted," said the lawyer.
