KPK Deposits IDR 154 Billion To The State, Results Of Rampas Harta Corruptor

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) deposited hundreds of billions of rupiah into the country during the first semester of 2023. This money is the result of confiscation from corruptors.

"In 2023 semester I, the KPK has deposited Rp154 billion as confiscated money and confiscated money from the proceeds of corruption enjoyed by corruptors," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri in a KPK RI YouTube show quoted on Friday, June 30.

Ali ensured that the anti-corruption commission would continue to seize assets resulting from corruption. This is because corruptors are not afraid if they only get corporal punishment.

"We make sure that all cases handled by the KPK will always be sought and then collected evidence related to the crime of money laundering," he said.

Previously, the KPK had just exhibited the confiscated results of the bribery, gratification, and money laundering (TPPU) cases that ensnared the inactive Papua Governor Lukas Enembe. The total value confiscated reached Rp144.5 billion.

There were 27 assets confiscated and the following are details:

1. Money worth Rp. 81,628,693,000;2. Money worth 5,100 US dollars; 3. Money worth 26,300 Singapore dollars; 4. 1 apartment unit in Jakarta with a value of Rp. 2 billion; 5.1 plot of land outside 1,525 m2 which was built by the Grand Royal Angkasa Hotel in Jayapura worth Rp. 40 billion; 6. 1 plot of land along with a residential building in Jakarta worth Rp. 5,380,000,000; 7.1 plot of land covering an area of 862 m2 along with buildings in Bogor City, West Java worth Rp. 4,310,000,000; 8. 1 land area of 682 m2 along with buildings in Jayapura worth Rp. 682,000,000; 9. The land area of 2,199 m2 along with buildings in Jayapura is worth Rp. 1,099,500,000;10. 2,000 m2 land along with buildings in Jayapura is worth Rp. 1 billion;

11. 1 apartment unit in Jakarta worth Rp. 510,000,000; 12.1 apartment units in Jakarta worth Rp. 700,000,000; 13.1 units of type 36 houses in West Koya worth Rp. 184,000,000; 14. Land property certificates in Koya Koso, Abepura, Papua worth Rp. 47,600.000;15. Certificates of land property rights along with buildingsbentu West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) for restaurants in Koya Koso, Abepura worth Rpp2,748,000,000; 16.2 gold bullion worth Rp1,782,883,600;17.4 gold coins with the writing 'Property of Mr. Lukas Enembe' worth Rp41,127,000;18. 1 gold pearl shaped lion head worth Rp. 34,199,500;19.12 stone-ed gold rings whose value is still estimated;20.1 eyeless gold ring whose value is still estimated;21.2 gold silver-colored rings with a value still in the process of taksir;22.
