JAKARTA - PT Grahaprima Suksesmandiri Tbk (GrahaTrans) has officially been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The company managed to achieve fresh funds of up to IDR 56.83 billion.

President Director of Graha Trans Ronny Senjaya explained that the company offered 378.87 million shares, equivalent to 20 percent of the issued and fully paid capital after the IPO.

He continued that the issuer coded GTRA shares set an offering price of IDR 150 per share, so that the company managed to raise fresh funds of IDR 56.83 billion.

"We recorded oversubscribed 243.43 times. This also shows the high enthusiasm of the community for GTRA's shares," said Ronny.

At the opening, GTRA shares were at the level of Rp202 or rose 34.67 percent from the initial position of Rp150 per share. Trading frequency was recorded at 1,327 with a trading volume of 6.24 million and a transaction value of Rp1.26 billion.

He emphasized that the company's operational activities, which have customers in the Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) sector, have implemented a transport management system (TMS) that works online in two directions and is integrated, equipped with GPS tracking, booking orders and invoiting features.

"This system can be accessed by customers and the company through the Graha Transport Management System application. Our entire truck fleet has been equipped with a real-time updated GPS tracking system to TMS," said Ronny.

The company appointed PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas as the underwriter for the issuance of securities.
