欧盟推出人工智能工厂,以鼓励创业公司领域的人工智能发展

欧盟执行机构的提案是在欧盟成员国与立法者上个月就微软、ChatGPT和谷歌、芭德及其用途支持的大型强大AI模型的重要规则达成一致之后提出的。

欧盟委员会表示,一个综合资源中心(又名“人工智能工厂”)将协助人工智能初创公司和研究人员开发算法,测试和验证大规模的人工智能模型,并促进他们访问专门用于人工智能的超级计算机。

“今天,我们宣布启动AI Factories,为AI收集'原材料':计算能力,数据,算法和人才,”欧盟行业负责人Thierry Breton在一份声明中表示。

欧洲正在与美国和中国竞争,成为这项技术的领导者,这项技术用于各个行业和应用。
