BitMEX Founder Optimistic Ethereum Will Become Main Player In AI Revolution

JAKARTA - BitMEX founder Arthur Hayes believes that Ethereum (ETH) will be the main winner and benefit from the artificial intelligence revolution (AI) in the coming decade. In a blog post entitled "Moai," Hayes stated that the price of ETH has the potential to soar.

According to Hayes, the only organizational structure that fits artificial intelligence is the Decentralised Autonomous Organization (DAO). DAO structures rely on blockchain technology and are considered the best way for humans and AI to interact and collaborate.

He believes that this structure will be adopted by AI because unless all computers in the world are destroyed and the internet is removed, AI cannot be turned off and will not comply with human law.

Hayes' argument for ETH is that Ethereum's Virtual Machine is "the most powerful decentralized computer in the world." He believes that ETH is the most suitable asset for the AI revolution and with the growth of DAO AI, the price of ETH will increase exponentially.

Hayes is also optimistic about a decentralized exchange (DEX) with manageable tokens compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). According to him, DEX will achieve "natural monopolies" and provide benefits for those who can identify them early and buy their governance tokens. However, Hayes believes that Ethereum will not lose its position because of its duplicates and believes that no one will surpass Ethereum in terms of adoption and usefulness.

In addition, in a previous post, Hayes also supported Bitcoin (BTC) as an AI currency. He considers Bitcoin as the best asset because it is resistant to sensors, has a public network, and cannot be shut down by one entity.
