The Chief Justice Of The Supreme Court Regarding The Hasbi Hasan Broker Case: Let Law Enforcement Handle It
BANDUNG - Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (MA) M Syarifuddin stated that the case of MA Secretary Hasbi Hasan was to be legally processed after the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) was named a suspect in the alleged bribery case for handling cases in the Supreme Court.
"Yes, let's handle it by law, we will submit it," said Syarifuddin during a working visit to Bandung City as reported by ANTARA, Friday, July 14.
Syarifuddin did not comment much about Hasbi Hasan who was caught in the bribery case.
Previously, the KPK on Wednesday (12/7) detained Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) Hasbi Hasan (HH) after the person concerned was named a suspect in the alleged bribery case for handling cases in the Supreme Court.
The KPK revealed that HH received a flow of money from Dadan Tri Yudianto (DTY) to take care of case handling at the Supreme Court. KPK investigators found that DTY received Rp11.2 billion in cash to take care of the case in the Supreme Court, where part of the money was allegedly given by DTY to HH.

The name Hasbi Hasan was first mentioned by the KPK, namely in the indictment of Theodorus Yosep Parera and Eko Suparno as defendants who gave bribes from Heryanto Tanaka to two Supreme Court Justices, namely Sudrajad Dimyati and Gazalba Saleh.
In the indictment, Dadan Tri is said to have had a meeting with Heryanto Tanaka in March 2022. Dadan at that time was said to have acted as a liaison for Hasbi Hasan.
