Tips From Lulu Tobing That Can Stop After 26 Years Of Smoking
JAKARTA - Lulu Tobing managed to quit her smoking habit which has been going on for the past 26 years. Although it is admitted that it is not easy to quit her habit, Lulu Tobing m3ngaku has stopped smoking for the past three months.
"It's only been three months (stop smoking, still feeling difficult," said Lulu Tobing when met in Duren Tiga, South Jakarta on Thursday, July 13.
For the 45-year-old actress admitted that she had no specific tips and tricks to quit smoking. For her, the most important thing is the intention to really stop.
"Just want it, if you don't have the intention (it's hard to stop). There is an intention and consistently does it," said Lulu.
The woman who once won the 1992 Cover Girl event also had no specific reasons to quit smoking. However, he admitted that his decision had an impact on his health.
"Yes, there must be an effect for health. But I feel like it's taking too long, the relationship is enough first. I don't know later, but now, thank God it's safe to stop," said Lulu Tobing.

To divert his mind when he wanted to smoke again, Lulu said he would consume sweet foods and drinks more often. His new habit makes him gain weight.
"Eating doesn't stop, let alone sweet ones. Want cold ice, whatever is sweet, cake. Yes, now it's a bit more fertile after stopping smoking," said Lulu Tobing.
